Beans are a rewarding crop to grow because they can be harvested a little bit at a time and the heirloom varieties available are vastly diverse. Bean family plants nourish the soil and make Nitrogen more available to companion plants, and are valuable as a cover crop. This variety is wonderful for attracting pollinators.
